A non-toxic gel inside the mat activates when your dog lies down. Body pressure releases the cooling effect, no water, no charging, no plug needed. The gel re-cools automatically when your dog gets up.
How long does it stay cool?
Continuous relief for 3–4 hours of active use, then a short (10–15 min) rest to recharge. Perfect for a walk-nap-walk cycle on a hot day.
Is the gel safe if my dog chews it?
The gel is food-grade and non-toxic, but the mat isn't designed as a chew toy, supervise on the first few uses to make sure your dog treats it as bedding.
Which size do I need?
Small (50×40cm) fits crates and small breeds up to 10kg. Medium (65×50cm) fits most cocker/lab-sized dogs. Large (90×60cm) fits giant breeds and dog beds.
