Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you buy. Still unsure? Our UK team is happy to help.
Contact us →Which model should I choose?
They differ by attachment set and canister size. Message us with your dog's breed and coat type and we will tell you which one actually suits you.
Will it cope with a double coat?
Yes, but brush and de-shed thoroughly first. No clipper cuts cleanly through matted undercoat.
Should I clip a double-coated breed?
Generally no. Shaving a double coat can damage regrowth and temperature regulation. Use it for tidying feet, sanitary areas and single-coated breeds.
Do I need the UK plug?
Yes, select the UK plug option at checkout.
