Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you buy. Still unsure? Our UK team is happy to help.
Contact us →Which format should I choose?
Handheld for sofas and car seats, long-handled for carpet and stairs, gloves for the dog itself. The mop head suits large hard-floor areas.
Will it damage carpet?
Work with the pile rather than against it and use light pressure. Test in a corner first on delicate or looped carpet.
Do I need to buy anything else?
No. There are no refills, pads or batteries.
Does it work on a shedding double coat?
Yes, and that is where owners notice it most. Empty it often as it fills fast on heavy shedders.
