Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you buy. Still unsure? Our UK team is happy to help.
Contact us →Can I use it for normal walks, not just running?
Yes. It works just as well for everyday walks and hikes when you want your hands free.
Can I walk two dogs with it?
Choose the Dual Traction Set, which includes leads for two dogs on one belt.
Is it suitable for strong pullers?
The bungee softens pulls, but for very strong pullers we recommend using it with a well-fitted harness rather than a collar.
Which option should I choose?
Most owners choose the Single Traction Set, which includes the belt, pouch, cushion and one bungee lead.
