The needle tips are rounded and blunted for safety. At normal grooming pressure it feels like a firm brush, not a scrape.
How often should I use it?
Twice a week during shedding season, once a week off-season. Overuse can thin the undercoat.
Does it work on doodles and cockapoos?
Yes, for the loose undercoat between the curls. It's not a dematting tool for full mats.
Is it safe for kittens?
For kittens over 4 months old, on the lightest pressure. Younger kittens use a soft-bristle brush.
